On August 3, Edward Nalbandian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, received Bassam Mohammad Al-Qabandi, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait, who completes his diplomatic mission in Armenia.

Minister Nalbandian commended the efficient cooperation established between Armenia and Kuwait and attached importance to the great personal contribution of Bassam Al-Qabandi, the first Ambassador of his country to Yerevan, in the development of bilateral relations.

The Ambassador of Kuwait expressed gratitude for the appreciation and the support the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provided during his mission.

Edward Nalbandian awarded Ambassador Al-Qabandi with the MFA Medal of Honour to mark his contribution in the development of the relations between Armenia and Kuwait.
