On August 31, Edward Nalbandian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, had a phone conversation with Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. During the conversation, issues on the Armenian-Russian agenda were discussed.

The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Russia touched upon the implementation of agreements reached during the Vienna and St. Petersburg Summits, which will create relevant conditions for the advancements of peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.
