On September 21, while participating in the activities of the 71st regular session of the UN General Assembly, Edward Nalbandian, Acting Foreign Minister of Armenia, had a meeting with Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Singapore.

During the meeting a reference was made to the steps to be undertaken towards the further development of relations, the expansion of legal framework, the advancement of trade and economic relations, as well as the intensification of cooperation within the international organizations.

The Ministers exchanged views on current international and regional issues.
Edward Nalbandian presented to his Singaporese colleague the current situation on the process of the peaceful settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
