On September 22, Ruslan Bolbochan, the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Armenia (residence in Kiev), presented the copies of his credentials to Shavarsh Kocharyan, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia.

Congratulating the Ambassador on his appointment, Deputy Minister Kocharyan expressed confidence, that the newly-appointed Ambassador will have his significant input in the deepening of bilateral relations in different areas and the further strengthening of Armenian-Moldovan friendship.

Expressing gratitude for the warm reception, the Ambassador Bolbochan assured that during his mission he will spare no effort to further deepen the Armenian-Moldovan cooperation and give a new impetus to the bilateral relations.

During the meeting, a reference was made to a number of issues on the Armenian-Moldovan bilateral agenda, particularly, the steps aimed at the expansion of legal framework, intensification of trade and economic relations and promotion of cultural exchange. The necessity of strengthening inter-parliamentary contacts has been mutually commended.
