On October 3, Edward Nalbandian, the Foreign Minister of Armenia, had a phone conversation with Daniel Mitov, the Foreign Minister of Bulgaria, upon the initiative of the Bulgarian side.

During the talk, issues related to the development of bilateral relations, enhancement of cooperation within the framework of international organizations were discussed.
