On October 3, Edward Nalbandian, the Foreign Minister of Armenia, received the representative delegation, headed by Pablo Urria, the Deputy Vice Minister of Trade of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Chile.

In the course of meeting, the process of implementing agreements reached during the visit of the President of Armenia to Chile in 2014 was discussed.

During the talks, the sides attached importance to the visit of the Chilean delegation consisting of more than a dozen business sector representatives to Armenia, touched upon the expansion of legal field, organization of business forums, as well as focused on the ways to promote trade and economic relations with Armenia.

The interlocutors discussed Chile’s initiative to sign a Free Trade Agreement with the Eurasian Economic Union.
