On October 22, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian had a meeting with Karen Mirzoyan, Foreign Minister of Artsakh.

The Foreign Minister of Armenia and Artsakh discussed the issues related to the settlement process of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue within the context of agreements reached during the summits in Vienna and St. Petersburg.

The interlocutors exchanged views on regional developments.
