On November 23, on the sidelines of the Ministerial Conference of the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF) being held in Antananarivo, Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, met with André Vallini, Minister of State for Development and Francophonie of France.

The interlocutors touched upon issues related to the development of bilateral relations, strengthening of cooperation within the framework of international organizations, as well as exchanged views on the OIF activities.

Ahead of the Summit of La Francophonie Edward Nalbandian and André Vallini discussed issues on the Ministerial Conference agenda.
