On February 17, in Munich Edward Nalbandian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, had a meeting with Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary General of the Arab League.

During the meeting the sides discussed in details cooperation between Armenia and the Arab countries. The traditionally warm and friendly nature of the Armenian-Arabic relations was mutually emphasized.

The interlocutors exchanged views on the ongoing developments in the Middle East, efforts being exerted towards the peaceful settlement of the Syrian crisis, as well as international community’s fight against terrorism.

The Foreign Minister of Armenia and the Secretary General of the Arab League discussed urgent international issues.
