On February 17, in Munich Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, had a meeting with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, Foreign Minister of Qatar.

During the meeting an expansion of cooperation within bilateral and multilateral formats was discussed. The sides highlighted the importance of organising high-level mutual visits as well as improving legal framework.

Upon request from the Foreign Minister of Qatar, Edward Nalbandian presented the efforts being exerted by Armenia and the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs towards the advancement of the peaceful settlement process of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.
