On February 20, Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia had a phone conversation with Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security policy, Vice president of the Commission.

Foreign Minister of Armenia and the EU High Representative discussed preparatory work for the forthcoming visit to Brussels of the President of the Republic of Armenia.

Edward Nalbandian and Federica Mogherini also discussed the process of negotiations over new legal document between Armenia and the EU and mutually expressed hope that it will be possible to conclude the negotiations in the near future.
