On February 20, Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, delivered a speech on foreign policy of Armenia at the annual operative meeting of the leadership and senior staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, held at the administrative compound of the Ministry of Defence.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia answered to numerous questions of the participants of the meeting.
