On April 18, Armen Melkonian, Ambassador of Armenia to Egypt, met with Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary General of the League of Arab States.

Ambassador Melkonian thanked for the reception and handed to the Secretary General of the Arab League the letter of Edward Nalbandian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.

The Ambassador of Armenia and the Secretary General of the Arab League discussed prospects for strengthening cooperation and establishing sustainable dialogue between Armenia and the League of Arab States.
