On September 4, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received Minister of Culture and Ecclesiastical Affairs of the Kingdom of Denmark Mette Bock.

Welcoming the guest, Minister Nalbandian underlined that since the establishment of the Embassy of Armenia in Copenhagen bilateral relations and mutual visits have become considerably more active, which contributes to the development of cooperation in different spheres.

Minister of Culture and Ecclesiastical Affairs of the Kingdom of Denmark Mette Bock thanked for the reception and conveyed the greetings and wishes of Foreign Minister Anders Samuelsen. She expressed hope that her visit will contribute to the further deepening of the Armenian-Danish bilateral relations.

The interlocutors touched upon the cooperation within international organisations, emphasised the importance of expanding the legal framework.

During the meeting the sides discussed the initiatives implemented towards the development of bilateral cultural cooperation and perspectives for new projects.

At the guest's request, Minister Nalbandian briefed on the cooperation with European Union and the upcoming events in this regard.
