On September 20, while participating in the activities of the session of the UN General Assembly Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, had a meeting with Nikos Kotzias, Foreign Minister of Greece.

The interlocutors discussed a wide range of issues related to the multifaceted agenda of the Armenian-Greek relations, touched upon the cooperation within the framework of international institutions and the forthcoming consultations between the Foreign Ministries.

The Ministers exchanged views on the cooperation between Armenia and the European Union, the preparatory works of the Eastern Partnership Summit to be held in November.

The agenda of the meeting included regional issues and the efforts aimed at their settlement. Minister Kotzias presented the recent developments on the Cyprus issue and approaches of Greece.
