On October 5, Ashot Hovakimian, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, received the delegation of the Senate and the Assembly of the US State of California.

Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia expressed gratitude to the State of California for the recognition of the independence of Artsakh and the consistent position of condemnation of the Armenian Genocide.

In the course of the meeting a number of issues related to Armenia-US bilateral relations, as well as development and promotion of cooperation between Armenia and the State of California were discussed.
