On October 9, Garen Nazarian, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia received the delegation headed by Ambassador Andreas Peschke, who is responsible for Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia in the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.

In the context of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Federal Republic of Germany, the parties discussed a number of issues of the bilateral and multilateral agenda, including the perspectives of activating the political dialogue and the cooperation between the two countries in various directions.

Deputy Minister Nazarian and Ambassador Andreas Peschke also discussed Armenia-EU cooperation, exchanged views on the Eastern Partnership Summit to be held in Brussels in November this year, as well as on the issues related to Armenia's participation in international and regional formats.

At the meeting, the parties touched upon the efforts of Armenia and the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs aimed at the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
