On October 24, on the occasion of the United Nation’s Day and the 25th anniversary of opening of the UN office in Armenia, Deputy Foreign Minister Ashot Hovakimian was present at the official flag raising ceremony at the UN Armenia office.

Deputy Foreign Minister Ashot Hovakimian and the UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative Bradley Busetto delivered welcoming remarks.

In his speech, Deputy Minister highlighted the importance of establishing after Armenia’s independence of the UN Office in Armenia, the implemented programmes and the established effective cooperation.
