Ambassador of Armenia to Georgia Ruben Sadoyan met with the Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia Giorgi Gakharia.

In the course of the meeting Ambassador Sadoyan conveyed to Giorgi Gakharia the greetings of the Armenian Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan.

Touching upon the cooperation between the Armenian and Georgian law enforcement agencies, the sides discussed the bilateral programmes, as well as the possibilities to enhance them.

The interlocutors shared the opinion that the Armenian Police and the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs should continue the close cooperation in a number of directions and combine efforts to achieve more successful results in the fight against crime.

Referring to the importance of reciprocal visits, the sides expressed hope that the Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia will visit Armenia in the near future.
