Newly appointed Ambassador of Mali presented copies of his credentials to Foreign Minister of Armenia

On February 12, Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia received Tiéfing Konaté, the newly appointed Ambassador of Mali (residence in Moscow) on the occasion of handing over the copies of his credentials.

Congratulating Ambassador Konaté and wishing him success, Minister Nalbandian underlined that the newly appointed ambassador with his activities would contribute to a further expansion and strengthening of relations between Armenia and Mali.

Expressing gratitude for the good wishes, Ambassador of Mali assured that he would do his utmost to promote the cooperation between two countries in both bilateral and multilateral formats.

During the meeting the sides touched upon preparatory works for the Yerevan summit of the International Organization of La Francophonie.

The interlocutors exchanged views on expansion of the legal framework, cooperation within international organizations, and the development of trade and economic ties.
