On May 19, Ashot Ghulyan, President of the National Assembly of Artsakh received Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, the Foreign Minister of Armenia.

Congratulating Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on his appointment as Foreign Minister of Armenia, Ashot Ghulyan wished to Foreign Minister to advance in a best way the foreign policy agenda of Armenia.

Ashot Ghulyan and Zohrab Mnatsakanyan had a detailed discussion over the results achieved by the parliamentary diplomacy of Artsakh and future plans. In this context, Minister Mnatsakanyan underlined that the Foreign Ministry of Armenia will continue its support to the expansion of Artsakh`s international ties.

The President of the legislative body of Artsakh and the Foreign Minister of Armenia discussed the issues related to the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
