Foreign Minister of Armenia met with the leader of Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church

On May 19, Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, who is in Artsakh, met Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, the Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church.

Congratulating the Foreign Minister on his appointment, the Leader of the Artsakh Diocese welcomed Zohrab Mnatsakanyan's first visit to Artsakh as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, expressing confidence that the meetings and contacts the Minister has had in Stepanakert represent a good start. Archbishop Pargev wished Minister Mnatsakanyan all the success in his responsible mission.

Zohrab Mnatsakanyan thanked for good wishes and emphasized that in Artsakh he has received new and comprehensive positive impetus necessary for the mission of the Foreign Minister of Armenia. The head of the Foreign Ministry noted that his meetings provided a good opportunity to form a clear idea about the approaches of the Artsakh leadership to the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement process and a number of other related to it issues.

At the meeting Archbishop Pargev presented to the Foreign Minister of Armenia the activities and projects of the Diocese of Artsakh.
