On June 26, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan received Raffi Hamparian, the head of the Armenian National Committee of America.

Welcoming the guest, Minister Mnatsakanyan highlighted the active role of the Armenian National Committee of America in life of the Armenian American community and the activities aimed at raising pan-Armenian agenda issues among the US administration.

Raffi Hamparian presented to the Foreign Minister Mnatsakanyan the activities of the Armenian National Committee of America, current and forthcoming programmes.

In the course of the meeting a number of issues regarding the Armenian-American relations were discussed, the sides exchanged views on joint steps to be taken for the purpose of implementing programmes of pan-Armenian significance.
