On September 17, Ashot Ghoulyan, the President of the National Assembly of Artsakh, received Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, the Foreign Minister of Armenia, who is in Stepanakert on a working visit.

Minister Mnatsakanyan noted that these meetings reflect only a part of our joint work.

The interlocutors highly appreciated the opportunities provided by parliamentary diplomacy in establishing and expanding ties. In that respect, the sides highlighted the importance of creating in different countries of frameworks of friendship with Artsakh with the participation of parliamentarians and of their intensive work.

The interlocutors touched upon the activities aimed at deepening and expanding the geography of decentralized cooperation of Artsakh.

Foreign Minister of Armenia and the President of the Artsakh Parliament touched upon the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
