On October 12, Minister of Foreign Affairs Zohrab Mnatsakanyan met with Robert Dussey, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Togo, who arrived in Armenia within the 17th summit of the International Organization of La Francophonie.

During the meeting the perspectives of closer cooperation in different spheres were discussed, and the perspectives of intensification of trade and economic relations and, for that purpose, of the regional cooperation were touched upon.

The Foreign Ministers highlighted the importance of multilateral formats of collaboration, and especially of the platform of the International Organization of La Francophonie, for exchanging views over bilateral and multilateral agenda and for a close cooperation on issues of mutual interest.

Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Robert Dussey also exchanged views on the work and agenda of the 17th Summit of La Francophonie.
