On December 6, Deputy Foreign Minister Ashot Hovakimian received Victor Guminski, the first deputy of the Executive secretary of the CIS Executive committee and the head of the CIS observation mission for the December 9th snap parliamentary elections.

Ashot Hovakimian welcomed the participation of the joint observation mission of the CIS and CIS Parliamentary Assembly in the upcoming parliamentary elections. The interlocutors also discussed a range of issues related to the activities of the joint observation mission of the CIS and CIS Parliamentary Assembly.
