On August 27, at the initiative of the UK side, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan had a phone conversation with Christopher Pincher, the newly appointed UK Minister of State for Europe and the Americas.

Minister Mnatsakanyan congratulated Christopher Pincher on the occasion of assuming the office and wished him success in his important mission. 

During the telephone conversation, the counterparts emphasized the mutual readiness to give a new impetus to bilateral relations, in this context, emphasizing the importance of intensifying dialogue at different levels and holding regular consultations between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries. As main areas of cooperation, the spheres of information technologies, innovation, smart and creative education were emphasized.
