On October 7, Minister Mnatsakanyan met Jackie Speier and Judy Chu, members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the Congressional Armenian Caucus.

Greeting the Congresswomen, Minister Mnatsakanyan noted with gratitude that Armenia emphasizes the importance of the Armenia-USA dialogue at different levels. In this context he highly appreciated the efforts of the Congress members towards strengthening the Armenia-USA partnership and undertaking pro-Armenian initiatives.

Minister Mnatsakanyan presented to Jackie Speier and Judy Chu the priorities of the Armenian foreign policy, the reform process undertaken by the Government in the framework of the broad mandate given by people.

In the course of the meeting, the sides touched upon a number of international and regional contemporary issues.
