On April 15, at the initiative of the Armenian side, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan held a phone conversation with his Greek counterpart Nikos Dendias.

Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Greece touched upon the steps undertaken at national level towards preventing the further spread of COVID19 and overcoming its social-economic consequences.

On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, Minister Mnatsakanyan expressed his solidarity to the brotherly Greek people in the fight against the pandemic.

Particularly underlining the role of international cooperation and strengthening mutual assistance in addressing global challenges, Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Greece highlighted the importance of the Armenia-Greece-Cyprus trilateral platform.
