On May 22, Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, who is in Artsakh on a working visit, met with Foreign Minister of Artsakh Masis Mayilyan.

The interlocutors touched upon the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process and the recent developments in the region. Minister Mnatsakanyan presented the details of contacts with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan during this period,  including the video conference with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs held on May 19.

The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Artsakh exchanged views on the international efforts aimed at addressing the challenges posed by COVID-19.

Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Masis Mayilyan commended regular consultations held between the Foreign Ministries in various directions, emphasizing the importance of coordinating works on addressing external challenges. The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Artsakh expressed readiness to take practical steps towards consistently deepening and maintaining the positive dynamics of multi-dimensional cooperation.
