The newly appointed Ambassador of Japan presented the copy of his credentials to the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia
28 April, 2021On April 28, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ara Aivazian received the newly appointed Ambassador of Japan Masanori Fukushima on the occasion of presenting the copy of his credentials.
Congratulating the newly appointed Ambassador on assuming the responsible mission, Acting Minister Ara Aivazian expressed hope that Ambassador Fukushima will contribute with his activities to the development of Armenian-Japanese multifaceted cooperation and the enrichment of bilateral agenda.
The interlocutors reiterated their mutual readiness to undertake joint efforts aimed at further strengthening the traditional friendly relations.
Ara Aivazian expressed his deep gratitude to the Japanese side for the support provided within the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as for addressing the humanitarian consequences of the Turkish-Azerbaijani aggression.
Acting Minister Ara Aivazian and Ambassador Fukushima touched upon a wide range of issues of regional stability and security.
