On July 19, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Paruyr Hovhannisyan received the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Albania Luela Hajdaraga on the occasion of handing over a copy of credentials.

Congratulating the Ambassador on the occasion of her appointment, Deputy Foreign Minister Hovhannisyan highlighted the importance of Armenian-Albanian relations and the need to further develop them. He wished Ambassador Hajdaraga success in her mission, expressing hope that the latter will give new impetus to bilateral cooperation with his active work.

Expressing her gratitude for the reception and good wishes, Ambassador Hajdaraga assured that she will make maximum efforts to activate and promote the cooperation between Armenia and Albania.

The interlocutors touched upon issues related to political dialogue, cooperation in international bodies, development of trade and economic relations, cooperation in educational-cultural fields, as well as the expansion of the legal field.
