Consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairsof Armenia and Russia

On July 19, bilateral consultations were held in Moscow chaired by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Mnatsakan Safaryan and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Igor Morgulov.

During the talks, the parties exchanged views on a wide range of issues regarding relations with the Asia-Pacific region countries, prospects for the development of multilateral cooperation in the Eurasian space, cooperation with the SCO, as well as on a number of aspects of the functioning of the North-South international transport corridor. The importance of synchronization in the Asian direction was emphasized.

Mnatsakan Safaryan and Igor Morgulov highlighted the importance of continuing the practice of consultations on issues of mutual interest.
