On 25 October,  Viktor Biyagov, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, presented his Letters of Credence to Willem-Alexander, King of the Netherlands. 

The solemn ceremony at the Royal Palace was followed by the formal audience of the Ambassador of Armenia with the King of the Netherlands. During the meeting they exchanged views on the bilateral relations between Armenia and the Netherlands, and touched upon the regional developments.
