On November 21, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a telephone conversation with Sergei Aleinik, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, on the latter's initiative.

During the telephone conversation, views were exchanged on the Armenian-Belarusian bilateral agenda.

Issues related to activities of the CSTO were touched upon. Ararat Mirzoyan noted that he will not be able to participate in the joint meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs, the Council of Ministers of Defense and the Committee of Secretaries of Security Councils scheduled for November 22 in Minsk.
