On April 1, in Yerevan, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia Mnatsakan Safaryan and Acting Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Davit Karapetyan held a working meeting with Samir Saran, the President of the  premier Indian think tank Observer Research Foundation (ORF).

During the meeting, the sides discussed the cooperation with the Observer Research Foundation as well as the prospects for implementing joint initiatives.
