Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan participated in the 3rd Ministerial Conference “Italy-Central Asia”

On May 29, Paruyr Hovhannisyan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, attended the 3rd Ministerial Conference “Italy-Central Asia” in Rome.

The Deputy Minister expressed gratitude to the Italian side for inviting Armenia to the conference. During the  "Communications" session Paruyr Hovhannisyan presented the  "Crossroads of Peace" project developed by the Government of Armenia, highlighting its principles and the potential for integration with global initiatives.

Paruyr Hovhannisyan noted that the "Crossroads of Peace" project aims to economic interconnectivity and foster dialogue between neighboring countries, adhering to the principles of sovereignty, equality of states, jurisdiction, and reciprocity.

The Deputy Foreign Minister also touched upon geopolitical developments in the South Caucasus, noting that the project is a key component of the Armenian Government's efforts towards promoting peace and stability in the region.
