On June 28, at the initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, the Office of the Council of Europe in Yerevan, children's art exhibition-contest entitled "I draw my rights" was held at the National Center of Aesthetics to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Council of Europe.

This initiative mobilized children from more than thirty fine arts schools of Yerevan and regions of Armenia.

Samvel Mkrtchyan, Head of the European Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, delivered opening remarks at the exhibition-contest. In his speech, Head of the European Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Samvel Mkrtchyan stressed the crucial role of the Council of Europe in anchoring democracy in Armenia.

The exhibition will run until July 7 at the National Center of Aesthetics.
