On August 31, within the framework of the "GLOBSEC" forum in Prague, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan had a meeting with Thomas Bagger, the State Secretary of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany. 

Vahan Kostanyan briefed Thomas Bagger on the latest developments in the process of the normalisation of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations, the ongoing work in direction of unblocking transport communications and delimitation of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border. In the context of ensuring regional stability, security and welfare, both sides highlighted the need of concluding a peace treaty.

During the meeting, the interlocutors touched upon the steps towards developing bilateral relations. Views were exchanged on the further strengthening of Armenia-EU comprehensive partnership.
