On September 25, in New York, Secretary General of the MFA of Armenia David Karapetyan had a meeting with Larbi Djacta, the UN Under-Secretary-General, Chair of the International Civil Service Commission (ICSC).

The interlocutors discussed a number of topics of mutual interest, including the importance of reforms in human resource management, policies and practices.
