On February 14, 2025, a working meeting was held via video-conference under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Mher Grigoryan and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev in the framework of the Commission on Delimitation and Border Security of the State Border between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Commission on the Delimitation of the State Border between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia.

During the meeting, the Parties discussed the draft guidelines required for the entire range of delimitation works, as well as exchanged views on issues related to the organization of the next in-person meeting of the Commissions.

The Parties agreed to set the date and location of the next meeting through working channels.
