On April 11, on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Stephen Doughty, Minister of State for Europe, North America, and the Overseas Territories of the United Kingdom.

The interlocutors discussed opportunities for expanding cooperation between Armenia and the United Kingdom. “The strategic dialogue established between our two countries has laid a solid foundation for the development of qualitatively new and deeper cooperation in various areas, and we are continuing our joint efforts in that direction,” Minister Mirzoyan emphasized.

Ararat Mirzoyan and Stephen Doughty exchanged views on regional developments. Minister Mirzoyan underscored Armenia’s clear position on the signing of the Peace Treaty with Azerbaijan as a key milestone towards establishing lasting stability in the South Caucasus. Humanitarian issues were also touched upon.

The interlocutors discussed topics of cooperation on multilateral platforms.
