On April 21, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan received the newly appointed Ambassador of Burkina Faso to the Republic of Armenia Aristide Tapsoba on the occasion of handing over a copy of his credentials (residence: Moscow).

Congratulating the Ambassador on his appointment, the Deputy Foreign Minister expressed hope that the Ambassador will make every effort towards strengthening bilateral relations between Armenia and Burkina Faso and extending the bilateral agenda.

The interlocutors touched upon the prospects of enhancing cooperation in the areas of mutual interest, including information technologies, education, health and others.
