On 28-29 February 2024 negotiations were held between Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in Villa Borsig in Berlin, Germany.

On February 28, in Berlin, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Annalena Baerbock, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany.

On February 27, in Geneva, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Daren Tang, Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization.  

On February 26, in Geneva, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Mirjana Spoljaric Egger, President of the International Committee of Red Cross.

On February 26, in Geneva, on the sidelines of the high-level session of the UN Human Rights Council, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk.

On February 22, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Mnatsakan Safaryan had a working meeting with Jonas Survila, the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania. 

On February 20-21, in Bangkok, the delegation led by Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan participated in the 11th Asia-Pacific Forum on Sustainable Development (APFSD).

On February 19, in Brasília, political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and the Federal Republic of Brazil took place.
