Minister Oskanian received the EU-Armenia Parliamentary Cooperation Commission which has been in Armenia for several days, to attend the fourth session of the commission.

Mrs. Ursula Schleicher, co-chair of the Commission, asked the Minister to speak about the Nagorno Karabagh peace process, the constitutional reform process, energy issues, as well as the status of regional cooperation. The Minister explained progress in each category and also explained the value of cooperation with the EU on Armenia's own development. 

The last session of the Commission was in Brussels in November, 2001.
